Spring Steel

Grade 1.8159 / 51CrV4 according to DIN EN 10089:2003-04 is held in stock on short call in increments of one millimetre between 10 – 25 mm Ø in spheroidized annealed, zinc phosphated, drawn finish in coils of approx. 500 – 700 kg with a tensile strength of approx. 650 – 750 N/mm² with tolerance to ISO h11. In addition to that, we hold raw material for the whole dimensional range from 1 – 25 mm Ø, from which we can manufacture further dimensions according to your wishes at short notice. We also produce bars with drawn or ground surfaces up to 22 mm Ø to special order.
